When you use our services, we obtain certain information from you. This may be personal data. We only keep and use the personal data provided by you directly, in the context of the service you request, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us to process.

To log in to the secure environment of the Emotional Brain website, you first need to register. After registration, we save the user name and email address you have chosen. We do this so that you do not have to enter it every time, and also in order to contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. The password cannot be viewed or redistributed by Emotional Brain to the user. After losing the password you can recreate it yourself after email verification.
We will not pass on the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement that you have with us, or if this is legally required. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our service, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
After logging in to your account, you can access your account and change your password, or delete the account.
We do not use the registration for advertising purposes.
Contact form and newsletter
Emotional Brain does not have a contact form and does not send newsletters in response to the obtained login details of the website.
The IP address used is not registered on the website of Emotional Brain.
The admin portal visibly records the last login into a Shareholder corner account.
We do not publish your customer data.
Our website does not show third-party advertisements.
Provision to third parties
No data are provided to third parties. The login on the website is only used to read the secured information data in the Shareholders corner.
